All streamyx users has been clutching their throat over streamyx slow speed since the past few years starting from Taiwanese earthquake. Even before that, streamyx has been throttling our broadband line from downloading using any p2p programs. On top of that, their routing to international server doesn’t improve at all.
I for one am a hardcore p2p user. I need my vitamins of anime, games n stuff you don’t need to know off. Do not feel frustrated. those who are like me, there’s a solution to this problems of ours.
- If you are working with any company that uses streamyx enterprise package, your downloading speed is way faster than home users. In fact, enterprise package is not affected by our “international” problems.
- You can start surveying for the best webui p2p package.

Pulau Duyong is an island in the mouth of Terengganu River in the state of Terengganu, Malaysia. A seaward extension has been developed into the Heritage Bay Resort which hosts the annual Monsoon Cup yacht race.
Pulau Duyong used to be the residence of scholar Tok Syeikh Duyong[1] (1802-1889), who was respected by the palace as well as the people, and his descendants, and was a seat of religious learning. The Kota Lama Duyong (Duyong Old Fort) is a remnant of his era.

Enhancing Health Services
* Excise duty specific on cigarettes increased by three sen from 15 sen per stick to 18 sen per stick. With this, the duty for a 20-stick pack of cigarettes is now increased by 60 sen.
Social Safety Net
* Eligibility criteria for welfare assistance under the Welfare Department, increased from a monthly household income of RM400 to RM720 for Peninsular Malaysia, RM830 for Sarawak and RM960 for Sabah.
* Government pensioners who had served at least 25 years upon retirement, will receive a pension of not less than RM720 per month, effective Jan 1 2009.
* The Government will now also set up a Special fund of RM25mil set up to channel financial assistance to victims of calamities such as floods and fire.
