This story happened when I was around 8 years old. My mom holds a hoe and start digging around our backyard. I don’t remember why… I think she’s trying to plant some herbs… Anyway, after about 20mins of digging, she hit a hard spot and burst! Water came out. And then we got panicked… Dad would be so angry if he found out. Mom quickly called handyman (luckily he was our neighbor). It was fixed in 1 hour. And dad didn’t found out… We were saved…
So I thought I could share up some things about pipes with readers (if there’s any)… In case someday you’ll encounter problem such I did.
What are HDPE Pipes?
The term HDPE is an acronym for High Density Polyethylene. The high density part of the title refers to the molecular density of HDPE, which is a measurement of an aspect of its molecular structure. To understand the strength of HDPE, it is necessary to know a little about the process by which it is created.
Without getting too detailed and over complicated, HDPE is a product originating from crude oil. Naphtha is extracted from crude oil and then cracked to extract ethylene gas. It is this ethylene gas which is then put through a catalytic reaction which causes the ethylene molecules to form long chains. This process is known as polymerization. Some types of polyethylene chains have many branches running off from main chains, and have a very loose structure. This makes for a low density product, known as LDPE. HDPE on the other hand, is comprised of many long chains with very little branching. These chains are packed tightly together, making for a very tough and very inert plastic.

Musim akademi fantasia dah bermula sejak 3 mggu lepas. ( lebih krg la , I didn’t follow ) . Pd yg meminatinya, inilah musim dorang duk tercongok depan tv tak berkelip mata tgk murid² akademi berlatih menyanyi. To the rest of us who own astro… it’s the worst season ever.
Every single break you will see akademi fantasia punya iklan. vote la bla bla bla, and then muka ac mizal or muka sarimah. and then the list of akademi pnya penyanyi.. urgh..
This year ada seorg mak org yg join akademi. And also dorang tambah function suara kamera yg bleh berckp.. Ikut suka la nk tambah function apa.. yg aku x fahamnya knp mesti buat suara kamera tu ala ala kermit the frog.. even kermit sounds better than that. I wish to plug my ear with mineral bottle whenever i hear those stupid voice.
Actually tak kisahla astro nk buat byk mana rancangan nyanyian. But at least ambikla yg btl² berbakat dlm nyanyian mcm Malaysian Idol tu i think contestant dia boleh tahan gak. (not that i watch it anyway).. Mmg diambil org yg boleh menyanyi. Plus sistem voting drg ni.. sigh.. sbnrnya lebih mengikut pd populariti, bkn pd kebolehan seseorg tu. which makes it sux coz mawi yg bersuara x sedap tu sampai skrg still popular without a cause.
As we all know, wordpress has come out with their latest product aka wordpress 2.5 . Being excited, I upgraded. Little did I know it would cost a lot of traffic LOST!
This is regarding permalinks setting. If before upgrading, your blog has been setup this way;
http://dungun.net/2008/04/05/sample-post/
In 2.5 it will be changed to
http://dungun.net/?p=123
I did not know that and it caused my traffic down to zero. So I changed it back to month/day setting. And what do you know… now permalinks doesn’t work. Just error 404. Now that zero traffic? Makes it 3 days in a roll.
But hey don’t fret. I found a solution to fix it up. All you need to do is create a file called .htaccess .
If you already had it in your wordpress ftp, just chmod it writable 777. If you don’t then create a new notepad. Rename it to new.htaccess and using your ftp program, upload onto your blog directory. Inside, rename new.htaccess into .htaccess . make it writable 777.
your permalinks will work again.
