Fake beef from pigs meat

China has done it again and this time its a beef extract that can turn/fake pigs meat into beef. This beef extract was found being sold widely in China’s market and being used secretly by small restaurant throughout the country.

Last year in Zhangye City in China’s northwest province of Gansu , pork labeled as Qingzhen (kosher) goat meat was being sold and distributed throughout Gansu, Xinjiang, Qinghai, and other provinces. These states are where most Chinese muslim stays.

Islam Online in China (islamcn.net) reported that several hundred Muslims in Gansu traced the fake goat meat to its production site on June 8 and discovered that it was actually thinly sliced pork labeled as kosher goat meat.
